About Us:
Kabir’s Café is a pure vegetarian cafeteria, it’s an experience rooted in calmness, culture, and quality. We are looking for a passionate and responsible Café Kitchen Supervisor to lead operations and elevate customer experience, mainly devotees who visit after visiting Sanghi Temple.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily café kitchen operations and staff management
- Ensure high standards
- Manage inventory, supplies, and vendor coordination
- Train and supervise staff (stewards, kitchen team)
- Maintain hygiene, quality, and ambiance standards
- Plan and execute small events/promotions (will be an add-on)

Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in café/restaurant kitchen management is a must
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities
- Basic knowledge of billing systems and inventory management




- Passion for hospitality and customer experience

Salary: ₹ 25,000 to ₹ 30,000 per month + 2bhk family accommodation on campus.
