Greet customers and assess vehicle damage for body repair requirements
- Prepare accurate repair estimates and explain work details to customers
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure proper repair and timely delivery
- Handle insurance claims and documentation related to accident repairs
- Communicate repair progress and updates to customers regularly
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and resolve complaints effectively
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain records of job cards, estimates, and service history
- Follow company policies, safety standards, and workshop procedures
- Achieve service targets and contribute to overall workshop efficiency
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
