Post:Officer/ Executive (QC)
- Job Description(Role & Responsibilities):
- Quality Control & Analysis for conducting quality control tests, analyses on raw materials, intermediates, and finished products to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal specifications. Day to day operating and analysis with HPLC and GC.
- Knowledge of TLC, LOD, KF, chemical analysis, flame photometry, ash percentage determination, heavy metal analysis, and UV spectroscopy as well as proficiency in QC documentation and SOPs preparation.
- Knowledge of GLP(good laboratory practices).
- Knowledge of QC procedures, method validation & protocols.
- Prepare and update SOPs, protocols, and other QC documentation as needed, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and industry practices.
- Qualification & calibration of laboratory equipment/ instruments, performing routine checks & troubleshooting to ensure accuracy and reliability of results.
- 0-4 years of experience with Analytical, especially HPLC & GC.
- Good exposure, understanding with analytical laboratory settings, including HPLC,



GC, pH, TLC, LOD, KF, chemical analysis, flame photometer, ash percentage determination, heavy metal analysis, etc.
- Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or Pharmaceutical Sciences.
- Understanding of QC documentation practices, SOP preparation, and regulatory compliance requirements in relevant industries (eg. API, pharmaceuticals & chemicals).
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced workplace.
- Key Skills: (For experienced person)
- Thorough on handling and analysis with HPLC & GC.
- Extremely meticulous, methodical & process oriented.
- QC procedures, protocols in accordance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Documentation and report test results in compliance with QC documentation standards.
- Knowledge of the Investigation for the deviations or any other discrepancies,
