We build comprehensive air quality monitoring solutions for homes, offices, schools, hospitals, and smart cities, empowering individuals, institutions, & governments to make air quality measurable and actionable.

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly execution-focused skilled to manage and grow Airveda's presence across online marketplaces and B2B platforms, while also driving participation and success in government procurement platforms such as GeM. This role will own end-to-end marketplace operations, lead tracking, bid management, and platform-driven revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketplace Management (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
- Manage and optimize product listings - titles, descriptions, keywords, images, and A+ content.
- Track daily sales, inventory levels, and visibility metrics across all marketplace seller panels.




- Plan and execute pricing strategies, promotions, deals, and seasonal campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and maintain healthy seller account health scores.

2. B2B Platforms (IndiaMART, TradeIndia, etc.)
- Manage and maintain Airveda's company profile and product listings across B2B platforms.
- Promptly respond to inbound buyer inquiries and RFQs (Request for Quotations).
- Maintain a structured lead funnel - track, qualify, and route leads to the sales team for closure.

3. GeM (Government e-Marketplace) & Tender Management
- Manage GeM portal operations - product catalog upload, pricing updates, and compliance.
- Identify and evaluate relevant bids, tenders, and Reverse Auctions (RA) on GeM.
- Prepare and submit bid documents (technical + commercial) within deadlines, coordinating with finance and operations.
- Track bid status, respond to buyer queries, and follow up
