Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

Reporting & Summary Preparation
- Prepare structured reports on client data, including reconciliations, ledger summaries, and transaction analysis
- Generate periodic (daily/weekly/monthly) summary reports highlighting discrepancies, trends, and key observations
- Develop client-ready reports with clear insights and actionable points

Data Analysis (Accounting-Focused)
- Analyze accounting data such as Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), ledgers, and reconciliations
- Identify mismatches (e.g., TDS discrepancies, unapplied receipts, debit/credit note differences)
- Highlight data gaps and recommend corrective actions

Client Communication
- Follow up with clients for required data, clarifications, and resolution of issues
- Ensure clear and professional communication of technical/accounting findings in a simplified manner

Customer Success Support
- Work closely with Customer Success and Implementation teams to support the client onboarding and ongoing engagement
- Track and update status of client issues and resolutions




- Assist in improving client experience through timely and accurate reporting

Data Management & Accuracy
- Maintain and update client data within internal systems/tools
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of all reports shared with clients
- Document reporting formats and maintain version control

Process Improvement
- Identify recurring issues in client data and suggest process improvements
- Support automation and standardization of reporting workflows

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or Management
- 0-1 year of experience in MIS reporting, data analysis, or accounting-related backend roles (freshers with robust fundamentals can apply)
- Strong knowledge of basic accounting concepts (AP/AR, ledger, reconciliation)
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas)
- Good communication skills with confidence to han
