Role Overview

This is a co-founder / partner role, not a salaried position. The selected individual will work closely in building the business from the ground up and will be responsible for key operational and strategic functions.

Key Responsibilities




- Develop and refine pet food products (recipes, sourcing, quality standards)
- Set up and manage operations (processing, freezing, packaging, logistics)
- Build and manage customer relationships
- Contribute to marketing, branding, and growth strategies
- Support business expansion from local to regional markets
- Strong interest in pets (dogs and/or cats) and animal nutrition
- Willingness to commit full-time to a startup setting
- Ability to take ownership and make decisions
- High level of responsibility and long-term commitment
- Comfortable working in an early-stage, unstructured setup

Preferred Qualifications (Not Mandatory)
- Experience in pet care, veterinary field, or animal nutrition
- Background in food processing, operations, or startups
- Entrepreneurial mindset with execution capability
