Aditek Systems Private Limited is looking for an experienced Online Bidder who can generate business opportunities through online platforms for IT and software development projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and bid on relevant IT projects on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru, etc.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and project estimates for clients
- Communicate with clients to understand project requirements
- Coordinate with the technical team for project planning and delivery
- Generate leads and convert them into long-term clients
- Maintain a solid pipeline of potential projects
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- chat, audio and video calls




- Maintain accurate records of project activities in the system.Requirements:
- Minimum 1+ years of Experience in online bidding for IT / software development projects:
- Knowledge of platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, etc.
- Strong communication and proposal writing skills
- Understanding of web development, mobile apps, and digital solutions
- Ability to handle client communication and negotiations
- The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
