ParaStar Pathlab & Polyclinic (Para Diagnostics) is a modern, well-equipped diagnostic centre based in Narendrapur, Kolkata. We are looking for an experienced and confident Medical Lab Technician to join our core team and play a key role in our day to day sample processing and upcoming NABL accreditation process.

Timing: 8:00am - 4:00pm

What You'll Do:
- Perform a wide range of pathology tests including hematology, biochemistry, serology, urine analysis, and microbiology
- Operate, calibrate and maintain automated analysers and lab instruments to the highest standards
- Maintain quality control logs, internal audit records, and calibration documentation in line with NABL requirements
- Ensure turnaround time commitments are met with zero compromise on accuracy
- Maintain biosafety standards and proper waste disposal protocols at all times

What We're Looking For:




- DMLT / BMLT qualification
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in a diagnostic laboratory
- Sound understanding of quality control procedures, Levey-Jennings charts, and EQA programs
- Experience with SOP documentation and internal audit preparation
- Familiarity with LIS (Laboratory Information System) software
- Strong attention to detail, high degree of accuracy and a quality-first mindset
- Ability to work independently and take initiative without constant supervision
- Valuable communication skills in Bengali and basic English for documentation purposes

Pay: ₹10,635.96 - ₹21,000.00 per month
