We are seeking a persuasive and goal-oriented Telecaller to join our team. As a telecaller, you will be responsible for contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about our products/services, follow up on inquiries, and generate sales leads.

Key Responsibilities:
- Call customers using provided phone directory or leads.
- Explain products or services and answer questions from customers.
- Follow up with leads to increase sales opportunities.
- Handle grievances or escalate complaints to the appropriate department.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in a tele calling, customer service, or sales role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of Basic Computer
- Fluent in English.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
