Job Summary:
We are looking for an Accounts Executive with experience in the construction industry to manage banking operations, particularly Bank Guarantees (BGs) and Overdraft (OD) facilities. The role involves handling BGs related to tenders, performance, and retention, coordinating with banks, and ensuring timely renewals and compliance to support ongoing projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle Bank Guarantees (BGs) including:
- Tender BGs, Performance BGs, Advance BGs, and Retention BGs
- Issuance, amendments, extensions, renewals, and closures
- Track BG expiry dates and ensure timely renewal to avoid project or contractual risks
- Coordinate with banks for BG issuance, margin money, and documentation
- Manage Overdraft (OD) / Cash Credit (CC) accounts:
- Monitor drawing power, limits, and utilization
- Track interest, charges, and repayments
- Maintain BG register with details of project-wise exposure and limits
- Liaise with project, procurement, and legal teams for BG-related requirements
- Assist in tender submissions by arranging BGs within deadlines




- Reconcile bank accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Prepare MIS reports on BG status, OD utilization, and fund position
- Support cash flow planning for project requirements
- Ensure compliance with banking norms, contractual terms, and internal policies
- Assist auditors with BG/OD documentation and confirmations

Key Skills & Competencies:
- Solid knowledge of construction-related BGs (Tender, Performance, Retention, etc.):
- Understanding of project-based financials and contract terms:
- Familiarity with OD/CC limits and banking documentation:
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally, SAP, etc.)
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects and tight deadlines

Educational Qualification:
- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent

Preferred Requirements:
- Prior experience in construction, EPC, or infrastructure companies:
