Job Summary:
We are looking for a Chinese Translator to support daily communication between the Chinese technical team and local shopfloor staff. The role involves real-time interpretation, basic document translation, and ensuring smooth coordination on the production floor.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide real-time verbal translation (Chinese ↔ English/Hindi) on the shopfloor
- Support communication between Chinese engineers and local operators/technicians
- Help in conveying production issues, quality concerns,



and action items
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Production, Quality, Maintenance)
- Ensure clear and accurate communication to avoid misunderstandings.
- Other responsibilities as and when required.

Requirements:
- Basic proficiency in Chinese (HSK Level 1 or 2)
- Ability to understand and communicate in English and/or Hindi
- Willingness to work on the shopfloor setting
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of manufacturing/industrial environment (preferred)

Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience working with Chinese teams or companies
- Exposure to manufacturing / factory operations
- Diploma / Graduate in any field.
