Position Summary:
The Tally Caller will be responsible for contacting potential and existing clients, explaining loan products and financial services, generating leads, and coordinating appointments for the sales or loan processing team. The role requires effective communication skills and a target-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling & Lead Generation:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided data or databases.
- Explain loan schemes such as Home Loan, Business Loan, Mortgage Loan, Personal Loan, etc.
- Generate and qualify leads based on customer requirements and eligibility.
- Client Coordination:
- Fix appointments for client meetings with loan executives or relationship managers.
- Follow up with interested customers for document collection and further processing.
- Maintain professional and courteous communication with clients.
- Data Management & Reporting:
- Maintain daily call records, lead status, and follow-up schedules in CRM / Excel.
- Update management regarding lead conversion, client feedback, and target achievement.




- Ensure proper maintenance of customer database and confidentiality of information.
- Sales Support Activities:
- Assist the loan processing team in coordinating basic client information.
- Support marketing campaigns, promotional calling, and referral generation activities.
- Achieve assigned calling and lead generation targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
- Prior experience in telecalling, loan consultancy, banking, or sales support will be an advantage.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of loan products and financial services.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel / basic computer operations.
