About the Role

We are hiring agile and result-oriented Field Sales Executives with experience in construction materials. This is a completely on-field role involving daily visits to construction sites across Delhi NCR.

Key Responsibilities
- Visit construction sites to generate leads and close sales
- Promote and sell construction materials, including:
- Fly Ash Bricks
- AAC Blocks
- Aggregates
- Coarse Aggregates
- Other structural building materials
- Build strong relationships with contractors, builders, and developers
- Identify ongoing and upcoming projects
- Negotiate pricing and close deals
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets




- Track competitor activities and market demand
- Coordinate with logistics for timely delivery

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in construction materials sales
- Strong product knowledge (fly ash bricks, AAC blocks, aggregates, etc.)
- Understanding of construction processes and site requirements
- Existing network in Delhi NCR (preferred)
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel extensively (on-field work)
- Target-driven and self-motivated
