Role Purpose (The "Why")

The Project Coordinator/Manager will be the bridge between the leadership and the development team. Your primary mission is to take the operational load off the management by ensuring that developers meet deadlines, maintain high standards of documentation, and deliver projects as per the scope.

Key Responsibilities (What you will actually do)
- Dev-Team Management: Actively follow up with the development team to ensure tasks are moving forward. "Get the work done" by identifying and removing blockers.
- End-to-End Documentation: Create and maintain clear project documentation, including SRS, project plans, meeting minutes, and progress reports.
- Delivery Excellence: Ensure that every release or module is delivered on time and matches the quality expectations set by the CEO.
- Resource Coordination:



Manage daily stand-ups and sprint planning to keep the developers aligned with the company’s immediate goals.
- Reporting: Provide regular, concise status updates to the leadership, highlighting risks before they become "out of hand."

- On-Time Delivery: 100% adherence to internal and client-facing deadlines.
- Documentation Quality: Zero gaps in project technical and functional documentation.
- Process Efficiency: Reduction in "management intervention" needed for daily dev tasks.
- Team Accountability: High level of transparency in what each developer is working on and their daily output.

- Experience: 3 - 5+ years in IT Project Coordination or Management.
- Execution Skills: Robust personality with the ability to hold developers accountable and drive results.
