Key Responsibilities:
✔ Manual Order booking and dispatch Operation Handling
✔ Handling all the shipment documents
✔ Ensuring smooth coordination with courier partners till the shipment reaches the customer
✔ Solid problem-solving skills for tracking shipments, handling delivery issues, RTOs, escalations & delays.
✔ Resolving lost shipment cases efficiently without causing financial loss to the company
✔ Managing logistics operations through Vamaship, Shiprocket, Bluedart, and DTDC as a complete system.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
