Role Snapshot:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to support the creation of high-quality video content for our business ecosystem initiatives, events, and storytelling projects. The role involves editing interviews, event highlights, founder stories, and promotional videos that showcase entrepreneurs, businesses, and community initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
Video Editing
- Edit interviews, event recordings, and promotional videos
- Create engaging highlight videos, reels, and short-form content
- Assemble raw footage into polished final outputs

Content Production Support
- Work closely with the content and marketing teams to understand video requirements
- Add basic transitions, titles, subtitles, and graphics where required
- Ensure videos align with brand guidelines and messaging

Post-Production
- Handle color correction, sound balancing, and basic visual enhancements
- Manage video files, project folders, and editing assets in an organized manner




- Deliver videos in multiple formats suitable for different platforms

Platform-Specific Content
- Edit videos for platforms such as YouTube, LinkedIn, and Instagram
- Create short clips or highlight reels from longer videos

Quality & Timelines
- Ensure videos are delivered within agreed timelines
- Maintain consistent editing quality across all content

Required Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in video editing or post-production
- Experience editing interviews, corporate videos, or event videos preferred
- Basic understanding of social media video formats is an advantage

Key Skills:
- Proficiency in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics and text animation
- Valuable sense of storytelling, pacing, and visual flow
- Ability to manage multiple editing projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail and quality
