Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end volunteer engagement and coordination
- Plan and execute volunteer recruitment drives and outreach activities
- Conduct college visits, presentations, and awareness sessions to onboard volunteers
- Build and maintain solid relationships with colleges and community partners
- Handle volunteer onboarding, training, and orientation
- Track and maintain volunteer database, attendance, and activity reports
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of field activities
- Provide continuous support, motivation, and guidance to volunteers
- Monitor volunteer performance and ensure active participation in programs
- Assist in planning and implementing community engagement initiatives

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (Social Work, Humanities, Management,



or related field preferred)
- 0-6 months of experience in volunteer management, community engagement, or
- field coordination (freshers with strong interest can apply)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to conduct presentations and college outreach activities
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets
- Good organizational and coordination skills
- Willingness to travel for field visits and college outreach
- Passion for social impact and community development

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
