Job Title:Mobile Crusher Operator (Puzzolana / Crushing Unit)

Department: Production / Operations
Location: Dolomite Mining Site (Govindpur)

Job Purpose:
To operate and maintain the mobile crushing unit (Puzzolana or similar equipment) efficiently, ensuring continuous production with minimum downtime while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:1. Machine Operation
- Operate mobile crusher (jaw/cone/impact type) as per production requirements
- Ensure proper feeding of raw material to achieve optimum output
- Monitor crusher performance and adjust settings accordingly
- Maintain proper gradation and size of crushed material

2. Equipment Monitoring
- Regularly check engine, hydraulics, conveyor belts, and crushing chamber
- Identify abnormal noise, vibration, or breakdown symptoms
- Maintain logbook of machine performance and production data

3. Preventive Maintenance
- Perform daily inspection and basic maintenance (greasing,



oil level, cleaning)
- Coordinate with mechanical team for major repairs and breakdowns
- Ensure timely replacement of wear parts like jaw plates, liners, etc.

Key Skills Required:
- Knowledge of mobile crusher operations
- Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Understanding of crushing process and material handling
- Ability to work in shifts and outdoor conditions
- Safety awareness

Qualification & Experience:
- Qualification: ITI / 10th / 12th (Technical preferred)
- Experience: 2-5 years in mobile crusher or mining/crushing operations

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
