Key Responsibilities
- Supplier Sourcing & Management:
- Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on a comprehensive analysis of price, quality, service, and delivery capabilities.
- Develop and maintain solid, long-term relationships with key suppliers.
- Conduct regular supplier performance evaluations and lead resolution for any quality or service issues.
- Negotiation & Cost Control:
- Lead negotiations for contracts, pricing, and payment terms to achieve optimal value for the company.
- Continuously seek cost-reduction opportunities without compromising on quality or delivery timelines.
- Procurement & Order Management:
- Process purchase requisitions and issue purchase orders in accordance with company policy.
- Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of all materials and services to meet production and project schedules.




- Maintain meticulous records of all transactions, including purchase orders, delivery confirmations, and invoices.
- Inventory & Supply Chain Collaboration:
- Monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts and minimize carrying costs.
- Collaborate closely with production, planning, and logistics teams to forecast demand and align procurement activities.
- Market Intelligence & Compliance:
- Stay informed about market trends, commodity pricing, and new product innovations.
- Ensure all procurement activities adhere to industry regulations and company policies.
