DEBURRER Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Deburr and hand finish parts as required by using established procedures, machines, and tooling.
- Visual inspection of parts to ensure each meets the requirements of the drawing.
- To communicate any issues relating to production, informing of parts not being to tolerance
- Final inspections, working to a high level of quality control to avoid customer dissatisfaction and potential returns. - Clean parts in preparation of CMM inspection.
- Maintain and complete all documentation for all production work, as required.
- Maintain effective housekeeping of equipment and work area.
- Work in accordance of the quality system and processes of the department.
- Assist in other production duties as required.
- Observe all site Health and Safety requirements.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
