We are looking for a passionate, highly creative full-time Video Editor to join our in-office team.

This role is for someone who does more than just edit. We want a video editor who lives and breathes content, understands what makes videos engaging, keeps up with trends, and is always looking for new editing styles, techniques, and ideas that can improve performance.

You will be responsible for editing a wide range of content across different formats and platforms. That means knowing how to adapt your editing style depending on the content, the audience, and the goal of the video.

What you’ll do
- Edit all types of video content from raw footage through to final output
- Review footage carefully and cut out unnecessary parts to create sharp, engaging videos
- Improve pacing, storytelling, clarity, and overall watchability
- Stay on top of social media trends, editing styles, viral formats, and platform behaviour
- Suggest new content trends, editing directions, and creative ideas we should explore
- Create animations, motion graphics, text treatments, transitions,



and other visual enhancements
- Source and add B-roll, music, sound effects, subtitles, and supporting visual elements where needed
- Support content performance by helping identify what is working and how future videos can be improved
- Work closely with the team to understand the intent of each video and bring the right creative approach
- Balance creativity with speed, attention to detail, and consistency
