The Assistant professor's responsibilities include, but are not limited to, teaching a requisite number of
B.Ed. classes, assisting with the development of course material, supervising teacher trainees, regularly
publishing journal articles, serving on committees, attending conferences, writing grant proposals,
delivering presentations, and handling other administrative duties, you should be able to balance
teaching and research responsibilities. Outstanding Assistant professors are able to conduct
advice to the faculty. He or she should have a minimum of one to three yrs. experience, but younger
