Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver English lessons aligned with the curriculum
- Develop students’ reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills
- Use creative teaching methods to make learning interactive and enjoyable
- Assess and monitor student progress through tests, assignments, and activities
- Provide constructive feedback to students and parents
- Maintain classroom discipline and ensure a positive learning environment
- Participate in school meetings, events, and training programs
- Prepare teaching materials, worksheets, and lesson plans

Qualifications:
- MA in English Literature
- B.Ed. (mandatory)

Skills Required:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong command of spoken and written English
- Creative and innovative teaching approach
- Valuable classroom management skills
- Patience and passion for teaching

Experience:
- Prior teaching experience preferred
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
