Job Title: Operations Executive - Travel (Inbound & Destination Specialist)

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Handle complete operations for inbound travel bookings from confirmation to execution
- Coordinate with international agents, vendors, and internal teams for smooth service delivery
- Design, customize, and manage travel itineraries based on client requirements
- Maintain robust knowledge of destinations, including hotels, attractions, logistics, and local experiences
- Liaise with hotels, transport providers, guides, and other suppliers for reservations and confirmations
- Monitor bookings and ensure timely execution of services (transfers, accommodations, tours, etc.)
- Handle on-ground issues, last-minute changes, and client queries efficiently
- Ensure high-quality service standards and customer satisfaction
- Negotiate rates and manage vendor relationships
- Keep updated with new destinations, travel trends, and market demands
- Maintain accurate documentation, reports,



and booking records

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in inbound travel operations
- Strong destination knowledge (domestic and/or international)
- Ability to handle multiple bookings and work under pressure
- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
- Familiarity with travel software and booking systems
- Attention to detail and customer-focused mindset
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Preferred Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in Travel & Tourism or related field
- Experience working with international clients/agents
- Knowledge of multiple destinations and cultural nuances
- Language skills (optional but a plus)
