We are seeking a disciplined and proactive interior Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our [Type of Project, e.g., residential/industrial] site. You will be the primary point of contact for subcontractors, ensuring that work is completed on schedule, within budget, and in strict accordance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Daily Coordination: Supervise in office personnel and subcontractors to ensure daily tasks are met.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce all health and safety protocols (OSHA/local regulations) and conduct regular safety briefings.
- Quality Control: Inspect work progress to ensure it meets blueprints, specifications, and client standards.
- Reporting: Maintain daily site logs, track materials, and report progress or delays to the Project Manager.
- Problem Solving: Resolve on-site conflicts or technical issues quickly to prevent project downtime.
- Inventory Management: Coordinate the delivery and secure storage of materials and equipment.

Minimum 2 years experience in interior site supervisor

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
