Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the shoe upper stitching and assembly team.
- Ensure production targets are met while maintaining quality standards.
- Train and guide workers on correct stitching techniques, material handling, and machine usage.
- Monitor production output and address any delays or quality issues.
- Inspect materials and finished uppers to ensure they meet specifications.
- Collaborate with quality control, cutting, and bottoming departments for seamless production flow.
- Maintain machine and equipment functionality with routine checks and maintenance coordination.
- Prepare daily production and efficiency reports.

Requirements:
- Proven experience (3+ years) in shoe upper production or footwear manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of stitching techniques, shoe upper materials, and machinery.




- Ability to read and interpret design patterns/specifications.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Robust problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in footwear manufacturing is a plus.
