Manage daily store operations including receiving, storing, and issuing materials
- Maintain accurate stock records and inventory levels
- Ensure proper storage of food items, housekeeping materials, and supplies as per standards
- Coordinate with kitchen, housekeeping, and operations team for material requirements
- Monitor stock consumption and report shortages or discrepancies
- Maintain proper documentation (GRN, stock register, invoices)
- Ensure FIFO (First In First Out) is followed
- Conduct regular stock audits and physical verification
Job Types: Full time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
