Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to manage and coordinate government-funded projects across multiple states in India. The role involves end-to-end project coordination, regular interstate travel for on-site supervision, and ensuring timely execution in compliance with government guidelines, quality standards, and contractual obligations.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage implementation of government-funded projects across assigned states.
- Travel to different states for project supervision, monitoring, and coordination.
- Oversee and manage on-site project execution to ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Act as a liaison between internal departments, field teams, vendors, and government authorities.




- Monitor project milestones, deliverables, and timelines as per project plan.
- Conduct regular field visits to verify installation, material movement, and site readiness.
- Ensure compliance with government guidelines, tender terms, safety norms, and contractual obligations.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, MIS reports, and status updates.
- Identify project risks and escalate issues with proper corrective action plans.
- Support audits, inspections, certifications, and final project handover processes.
- Coordinate with stakeholders for smooth execution and issue resolution.

Required Skills & Competencies
- Solid understanding of government project execution and documentation processes.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving
