Key Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one career counselling sessions for students (Grades 6-12)
- Assess students’ interests, skills, and personality using appropriate tools
- Support students in preparing for competitive exams and entrance requirements
- Conduct career awareness workshops, seminars, and parent orientations
- Assist in building student portfolios, profiles, and extracurricular plans
- Stay updated on global education trends, universities, and admission processes
- Collaborate with teachers and academic coordinators for student development
- Maintain records of counselling sessions and student progress

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Education, Counselling, or related field
- Certification in Career Counselling (preferred)




- 2-5 years of experience in student counselling or academic guidance
- Strong knowledge of Indian and international higher education systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport with students and parents
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
