We’re looking for someone who can build a ground growth machine from scratch.Not just manage promoters.Not just run activations.But design strategy, test zones, optimize cost, and scale what works.

This is not a desk job. This is growth warfare in the field.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Design and execute BTL campaigns across Bengaluru
- Recruit, train, and manage a promoter network — track their daily productivity
- Own the ground install funnel: promoter pitch → install → activation.
- Build referral-led ground funnels.
- Run weekly field feedback loops — bring behavioral insights from drivers and users.
- Optimize ground CAC.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 0-2 years in BTL marketing, field operations, or ground-level activation
- You've managed field teams before — promoters, merchandisers, or sales reps
- High ownership personality. You don't wait for instructions. You figure it out.
- Comfortable being in the field every day — heat, noise, and long hours included
- Kannada proficiency is a strong advantage
- Experience in mobility, FMCG, or consumer app BTL is a strong plus

Job Types: Full time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
