We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Student Counselor to support hostel admissions. This role involves field work, visiting colleges, interacting with students, and guiding them through the hostel admission process.

Key Responsibilities:
- Visit colleges and educational institutes to generate leads
- Interact with students and explain hostel facilities and services
- Handle inquiries via calls, walk-ins, and field visits
- Convert leads into confirmed hostel admissions
- Maintain daily reports of visits and follow-ups
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding

Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with field work and travelling within the city
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and calling
- Graduate preferred (any stream)

- Target-oriented approach
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
