Key Responsibilities
- Deliver in-depth training on Data Structures, Algorithms, and DAA
- Train students in competitive coding techniques and problem-solving strategies
- Design and explain effective algorithms with real-world and interview-oriented use cases
- Conduct coding sessions, problem discussions, and doubt-clearing sessions
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback
- Align training content with current industry and placement requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent command over Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA)
- Strong background in Competitive Coding
- Deep understanding of Design and Analysis of Algorithms (DAA)
- Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and logically
- Hands-on experience with coding platforms (HackerRank, LeetCode, CodeChef, etc.)
- Prior training or mentoring experience is a plus
