Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing leads:
- Explain courses and convert leads into sales
- Handle inbound inquiries and follow up regularly
- Achieve monthly sales targets:
- Maintain strong relationships with customers
- Update CRM with call details, follow-ups, and conversions
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding
- Share daily reports on performance and lead status
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of telecalling /sales experience:
- Proven ability to meet or exceed targets:
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Hindi required, basic English preferred
- Basic knowledge of CRM/tools is a plus
