We are looking for an experienced Educational Counsellor with knowledge of finance-related courses (Stock Market, Trading, SIP, etc.). The role involves guiding students, handling inquiries, and converting leads into enrollments.

Note: This is a target-based sales role with attractive incentives.

Key Responsibilities
- Counsel and guide students/leads about finance-related courses
- Understand student needs and recommend suitable programs
- Handle inbound & outbound calls, follow-ups, and conversions
- Explain course benefits, career scope, and outcomes
- Convert leads into enrollments and achieve monthly targets:
- Maintain CRM data, call records, and follow-ups
- Build strong relationships with students
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding

Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in educational counselling / sales:




- Experience in finance / stock market / trading courses preferred:
- Robust communication and convincing skills
- Target-oriented and result-driven mindset
- Hindi required, basic English preferred
- Must be comfortable working from office and completing the trial
- Are confident in counselling and closing sales:
- Can work in a target-driven environment:
- Are ready to complete the 2-day trial:
- Have interest in the finance domain

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
