Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, administer, and maintain Windows and Linux servers.
- Manage and support network infrastructure including LAN, WAN, VPN, and wireless systems.
- Provide end-user technical support through desk-side and remote assistance.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement preventive maintenance.
- Manage IT assets, software licenses, and maintain accurate documentation.
- Configure and maintain firewalls, security tools, and access controls.
- Perform hardware installation, diagnostics, and repairs.
- Manage data storage, backups, and recovery systems including NAS solutions.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for procurement, warranty, and support.
- Support infrastructure planning, office setups, and system upgrades.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in system administration, IT support, and infrastructure management. -Strong expertise in Windows,



MAC and Linux operating systems.
- Hands-on experience with network administration and security protocols.
- Proficiency in hardware and software troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Experience with Google Workspace and enterprise productivity tools.
- Knowledge of firewall configuration, endpoint security, and data protection practices.
- Familiarity with IT asset management, license compliance, and audit processes.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
