Join us as an Associate Banker - FIG, where you will support client onboarding, servicing, and relationship management activities across the portfolio.

Where you will:
- Lead the onboarding process for new clients and recent products for existing clients
- Ensure new and existing clients and products are set up on relevant systems
- Work with the KYC team to obtain all relevant documentation and complete required KYC refreshes
- Assist in Enhanced Due Diligence, including new account screening and analysis of existing account reviews, along with other KYC/AML processes
- Maintain CRM records and pipeline, and generate, monitor, and update leads
- Provide day-to-day service provision for customers
- Liaise with client service/support teams across Barclays locations to service client queries
- Prepare client meeting presentations, engage product specialists where appropriate, and attend customer meetings
- Assist in the development and revision of Client Relationship Plans
- Work with Relationship Directors to identify potential new customers and maintain a database of prospects





To be successful in this role, you should:
- Understand client onboarding, KYC, and AML processes
- Be able to manage multiple stakeholders and client requirements
- Demonstrate attention to detail and strong coordination skills

Essential Skills / Basic Qualifications:
- Experience in banking, financial services, or a related domain
- Knowledge of KYC, AML, and onboarding processes
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills

Desirable Skills / Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with Financial Institutions Group (FIG) or corporate banking clients
- Exposure to Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) processes
- Familiarity with CRM tools
