We are looking for a Telecaller Executive cum Pre-Sales who will be responsible for connecting with potential clients, introducing our product and generating interest for the sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers to start their career in sales and communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential leads and explain the product/service
- Understand customer requirements and generate interest
- Schedule demos or meetings for the sales team
- Maintain and update lead information in the system
- Provide basic product information and handle initial queries
Requirements:
- Fresher or 0-1 year of experience
- Valuable communication skills (English + Hindi preferred)
- Confident, proactive, and willing to learn
- Positive attitude and good interpersonal skills
