About the Position:
We are looking for a dynamic Field Sales professional responsible for acquiring new
enterprise customers and expanding existing accounts in the BFSI and Pharma sectors.

services deals.

Duties and Responsibilities:

New Business Development
Identify and acquire new enterprise customers
Generate qualified opportunities through field engagement
2. Client Meetings
Conduct product demonstrations and solution presentations
Engage with CIOs, CTOs, and business heads
3. Deal Management
Manage the entire sales cycle
Work with pre-sales teams for proposals and POCs
4. Relationship Management
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
5. Market Intelligence
Track competitor activities
Identify emerging opportunities in BFSI and Pharma.

Qualification & Experience:
- 2-4 years experience in enterprise B2B sales
- Experience selling IT services, SaaS, AI/ML, automation, or digital transformation
solutions. Proven track record of closing mid-to-large enterprise deals.
