About the Role

We are a fast-growing real estate development company involved in residential and

commercial projects in Visakhapatnam. We are looking for a Legal Executive to work closely

with management and external legal counsel to support day-to-day legal and documentation

activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in drafting and reviewing agreements (Sale, Lease, JDAs)
- Coordinate with legal counsel, registration offices, banks, and customers
- Manage property documents, title records, and trackers
- Support registration process and documentation
- Assist in RERA compliance and project approvals
- LLB / BA LLB / BBA LLB (Final year or recent graduates)
- Strong interest in real estate and corporate law
- Good drafting and communication skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and execution-focused

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
