They are responsible for medication management, patient education, supply chain of pharmaceuticals, and supporting the overall healthcare delivery across the plant, township, mines, and surrounding communities. Their contribution directly impacts the quality of patient care and health outcomes in an industrial healthcare setting.

Medication Management:
- Dispense and manage medications safely and accurately.
- Monitor drug interactions and advise on appropriate dosing.
- Maintain medication storage and inventory.Patient Education & Counseling:
- Guide patients on medication usage and adherence.
- Explain potential side effects and benefits.Collaboration with Medical Teams:
- Participate in treatment planning.
- Share insights on drug efficacy and safety.
- Support chronic disease management.Digital & System Support:




- Support implementation of PEHEL software.
- Ensure digital entries and records are accurately maintained.Hospital Administration:
- Coordinate with hospital teams in Utkal & Oshapada.
- Ensure smooth functioning across multiple medical units.Compliance & Licensing:
- Maintain hospital licenses (radiology, ultrasound, clinical establishment, TLD badges).
- Liaison with government & internal/external stakeholders.Supply Chain Management:
- Ensure biomedical waste is handled as per norms.
- Manage procurement and stock for microbiology, pathology, radiology.Maintenance Contracts (AMC/CMC):
- Coordinate medical equipment servicing & renewals.
Billing & Finance Support:
- Handle service bill processing through bill desk systems.
- Prepare and maintain revenue proposals.Ambulance Oversight:
- Manage and coordinate ambulance availability and readiness.
