Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled IT Executive with CCNA certification to manage and support network infrastructure. The role involves configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting network systems to ensure smooth and secure IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

Network Management
- Install, configure, and maintain network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance and ensure high availability
- Perform regular network maintenance and upgrades

Technical Support
- Provide support for network-related issues
- Troubleshoot LAN/WAN connectivity problems
- Assist users with IT and network concerns

System Administration
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control
- Support servers, desktops, and IT systems
- Maintain system backups and recovery processes

Security Management
- Implement network security measures and policies
- Monitor for security breaches and vulnerabilities
- Ensure compliance with IT security standards

Documentation & Reporting




- Maintain network documentation and diagrams
- Prepare reports on network performance and incidents

RequirementsEducation
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field

Certification
- CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) - Mandatory

Experience
- 1-3 years of experience in networking or IT support
- Freshers with strong CCNA knowledge may also apply

Skills:
- Strong understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs)
- Knowledge of routing and switching
- Familiarity with Cisco devices and configurations
- Basic understanding of firewalls and network security
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Positive communication and teamwork

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
