Jewellery Sales Assistant : P&G; is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and managing a team to meet sales targets. The role involves maintaining store presentation, managing inventory, and fostering a positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise store staff to deliver excellent customer service.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring stock availability.
- Implement and uphold store policies and procedures.
- Drive sales and promotional activities to meet targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the jewelry industry.
- Robust leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
