Position: Customer Service Executive
Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹35,000 per month
Working Days: 5 days a week
Responsibilities:
- Handling inbound & outbound customer calls
- Managing client queries and providing timely resolutions
- Coordinating with internal teams for order updates and support
- Maintaining call logs and CRM updates
- Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Valuable communication skills (English required)
- Experience in customer support/call handling preferred
- Comfortable working on call systems like RingCentral
- Basic computer & CRM knowledge
