Executive Assistant to Founder

About the Role

We are looking for a highly capable and proactive Executive Assistant to the Founder who can manage day-to-day operations, coordinate across teams, and represent the founder when required.

This is not a typical assistant role — we are looking for someone who can think independently, take ownership, and act as a reliable extension of the founder across multiple businesses.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and execute daily operational tasks across Saurashtra Impex (têxtiles) and Koshi Jewels (jewellery)
- Act as a point of contact between the founder and internal teams, vendors, and clients
- Attend meetings, site visits, or vendor discussions on behalf of the founder when required
- Track ongoing tasks, orders, and follow-ups across departments
- Assist in scheduling, planning, and execution of business activities
- Ensure smooth coordination between production, showroom, and office teams
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive business information responsibly





Requirements:
- Strong command of spoken and written English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to take initiative and solve problems independently
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced business environment
- Basic understanding of business operations (fashion/têxtiles/jewellery is a plus)
- Proficient in Google Sheets, WhatsApp, and basic office tools
