- THE ROLE
- You'll build FlytBase's entire demand generation engine from the ground up — turning cold enterprise prospects into qualified pipeline for our sales team. This isn't about optimizing existing campaigns. You're building the machine: multi-channel ABM programs targeting energy, mining,



and infrastructure giants, attribution systems that actually work, and AI-powered nurture sequences that move prospects through 6-12 month sales cycles.

You'll work directly with Achal (BD Director) and our sales team to understand what converts Fortune 500 buyers, then build campaigns that deliver qualified meetings, not vanity metrics. This is a high-agency, AI-native role — you'll use automation tools and AI to build systems that scale, because you won't have a team for the first 6 months. You'll own everything from LinkedIn ad creative to webinar follow-up workflows.
