Job Summary:
The Electrical Tender Executive is responsible for handling end-to-end electrical tendering activities including estimation, BOQ preparation, technical documentation, and submission of bids for electrical projects such as wiring, panels, substations, and EPC works.

Key Responsibilities:
- Study tender documents, drawings, BOQ, specifications, and eligibility criteria
- Prepare techno-commercial bids for electrical projects
- Perform cost estimation for electrical items (cables, panels, transformers, lighting, etc.)
- Prepare and verify BOQ (Bill of Quantity):
- Coordinate with electrical engineers, vendors, and suppliers for quotations
- Ensure all tender documents (EMD, certificates, compliance sheets) are complete
- Submit tenders (online/offline) within deadline
- Attend pre-bid meetings and clarify technical queries
- Follow up on submitted tenders and maintain records

Required Skills:




- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and components
- Understanding of BOQ, SLD (Single Line Diagram), load calculation
- Knowledge of tendering process and documentation
- Familiarity with portals like GeM, CPPP, state tenders
- Positive in MS Excel (costing & analysis)
- Ability to read electrical drawings
- Good communication & coordination skills

Qualification & Experience:
- Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
- 1-5 years of experience in electrical tendering / estimation

Prefferred : Electrical Engineer

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
