Job Summary:
Digital ORRA is looking for a proactive and client-focused Client Relationship Executive to build and maintain strong relationships with our clients. The role involves understanding client needs, ensuring smooth communication, and delivering excellent service to enhance client satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Act as the primary point of contact for client communication
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams
- Ensure timely delivery of services and solutions
- Handle client queries, concerns, and feedback efficiently
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services
- Maintain records of client interactions and updates




- Track client satisfaction and prepare performance reports

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in client servicing or relationship management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and coordination abilities
- Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks efficiently
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
