Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor spray dryer equipment and related systems.
- Control process parameters such as temperature, pressure, and flow rates.
- Ensure consistent product quality and adherence to specifications.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
- Troubleshoot operational issues and coordinate with maintenance teams.
- Maintain production records, logs, and reports.
- Follow safety, hygiene, and environmental regulations.
- Assist in cleaning and changeover procedures.
- Work collaboratively with production and quality teams.

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience operating spray dryer systems.
- Diploma/ITI/Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or related field (preferred).
- Basic understanding of drying processes and plant operations.




- Ability to read and interpret gauges, meters, and control panels.
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts.

Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of PLC/SCADA systems.
- Experience in food, dairy, pharmaceutical, or chemical industries.
- Solid attention to detail and safety awareness.

Salary

₹15,000 - ₹25,000 per month (based on experience)
