The Safety Supervisor is responsible for implementing, monitoring, and enforcing health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards at project sites. The role ensures compliance with statutory regulations, client safety requirements, and company HSE policies, with a strong focus on accident prevention, safe work practices, permit compliance, and workforce safety in Oil & Gas, Industrial, and Construction environments.
Key Responsibilities
1. Health, Safety & Environmental Management
- Implement and enforce company HSE policies, procedures, and site-specific safety plans.
- Ensure compliance with local statutory regulations and client HSE requirements.
- Promote a strong safety culture among site personnel and subcontractors.
- Ensure protected execution of all site activities related to crane, lift, access platform, and construction operations.
