Job Summary

The F&B; Cashier is responsible for handling billing and payment transactions within the resort’s food and beverage outlets. This role ensures accurate billing, smooth cash handling, and excellent guest service while coordinating with service and kitchen teams.

Key Responsibilities

Billing & Transactions
- Generate accurate bills for restaurant, bar, and room service orders
- Handle cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payments
- Ensure proper posting of charges to guest rooms where applicable

Cash Handling
- Maintain cash float and ensure accuracy in transactions
- Perform daily cash reconciliation and report discrepancies
- Follow company policies for cash handling and security

Guest Service
- Greet guests courteously during billing
- Address billing queries and resolve issues promptly
- Coordinate with service staff for smooth guest experience





POS System Management
- Operate and maintain POS (Point of Sale) systems
- Ensure all transactions are recorded correctly
- Generate daily sales and revenue reports

Coordination
- Work closely with restaurant, bar, and front office teams
- Assist in smooth communication between departments

RequirementsEducation
- Minimum 12th pass or Graduate in any field

Experience
- 1-3 years of experience as a cashier in hotel, restaurant, or resort
- Freshers with basic accounting knowledge may be considered

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
